Bachelor star welcomes first child, reveals adorable name

The Bachelor’s Elise Stacy has welcomed her first child with husband Justin Kosmina.

Best known for her stint on Matty J’s season of the reality program, Stacy took to Instagram to share the news.

She posted a photo of her husband holding their baby boy, Leo — born a month ago — with the caption: “Leo John Kosmina. 4.6.23.” “One month ago today, our little Leo lion roared into this world. We are so incredibly proud of our brave, strong boy. A healthy, happy and determined little man, who we love with a love I never imagined could exist. “Thank you my darling boys for making me the proudest mummy on the planet @justkosi.”

Other well-known personalities were quick to congratulate the pair.

“Perfecto! So happy for you guys,” said Channel 7’s Sam Mac.

Bachelor royalty Nikki Grogan commented “Congratulations”.

AFLW star Georgie Parker also joined in on congratulating the pair, sharing three love heart emojis.

Stacy announced her pregnancy in April via Instagram.

She shared a photo of her and Kosmina holding her belly, as well as photos of the two of them on a fishing trip.

The post was captioned:

“A weekend of celebrations. 2 years married to you and Baby Kos’ first fishing trip. Our little miracle joining us earth side in August and our hearts are exploding … already! @justkosi “I couldn’t post this without also sharing love to the want to be parents out there, I know there are many. Our journey was a private one and one with its ups and downs, twists and turns. It taught us a lot.. mainly patience and the ability to focus on the things you can control and the things you can’t. Love, thoughts and huge hugs to anyone experiencing this, you are stronger than you know.”

The pair were married in April 2021, with Stacy sharing the happy news via Instagram.

She captioned the two-photo post:

“09.04.21 Married my love on a day that was more perfect than we could ever have imagined. Love you my darling forever @justkosi #kosshesaidyes.”
