The NBA released the ballots for this season’s player awards, and many fans were surprised to see that ESPN NBA analyst Mark Jackson did not include Nikola Jokic in his top five for MVP.
Jackson listed Joel Embiid, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jayson Tatum, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Donovan Mitchell in his top five, completely ignoring the success of both Jokic and the top-seeded Denver Nuggets.
TNT’s Charles Barkley didn’t mention Jackson by name, but he called out the voter who left Jokic out of the top five.
"There's one person — I don't even know this fool's name — didn't even have [Nikola Jokic] in the top 5. People like that shouldn't get a vote… He's a damn idiot."

“People like that shouldn’t even get a vote,” Barkley said. “He’s a damn idiot.”
The basketball world reacted to Barkley’s comment on the Jokic-less ballot, and many agreed with his sentiment.

Barkley has ruffled feathers with his comments in the past, but it seems that everyone is agreeing with him in this case.
