The President of BCCI, Sourav Ganguly refused to issue any kind of statement of his and the board’s ties with cricketer, Virat Kohli. Mr. Ganguly who is heading the board had said that Kohli was kept in the loop while making Rohit Sharma the captain of the ODI series. But, Virat Kohli issued a statement yesterday saying that he was informed of his decision just one and a half hours before the announcement of Rohit Sharma as captain. The tussle within the Indian cricket team has given fuel to a possible rift between Virat Kohli, BCCI, and Rohit Sharma.
