The most interesting part of this series is knowing how a person who was a former cop has turned into a beast confessing to raping and murdering 18 women.
Still, today cops refer him to as a sex maniac and psychopath, believing that the number of victims is higher than what he has confessed to. The series is streaming on Netflix.
