Participants in the National High School Musical Theatre Awards will be in New York City June 18-27. In addition to performing in the awards ceremony, students will participate in master classes and sessions with Broadway coaches and professionals.
Another Bellarmine performer nabbed a Rita Moreno Award at the May 8 ceremony at the San Jose Center for Performing Arts. Venice Mayor was named best supporting performer for her turn as Rosie in “The Wedding Singer.”
