- 8ounces goat cheese, softened
- 4slices thick-cut whole grain bread
- 1teaspoon honey
- ¼teaspoon cinnamon
- ½cup chopped almonds
- 1cup fresh raspberries or blueberries

Remove the goat cheese from the fridge and let soften for 30 minutes.

Toast the bread as desired.

In a small bowl combine the softened goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon.

Top toast with goat cheese mixture, almonds, and berries.
