The best class for Timerra in Fire Emblem Engage is the Picket class. The Picket class is an advanced class with great lance proficiency, and makes Timerra one of the best lance users in the game.

The Picket class is Timerra’s unique class in Fire Emblem Engage, and helps her out a lot with its unique skill. Timerra receives the unique skill ‘Sandstorm’ when you acquire this class. Sandstorm allows her to sometimes, while making a physical attack, use 150% of her defense stat instead of her attack stat. This comes in clutch considering her defense has a higher growth rate than her attack stat.

You can also boost defense with Emblem skills. Meaning this skill really makes Timerra someone to be reckoned with. Bear in mind, however, that this skill is beholden to her dexterity, so the higher your Dex is, the more chance the skill has of activating.
