Best February half-term staycations from £5.90pp a night

THE February half-term is still a couple of months away, but the best deals for UK family staycations are already going fast.

In 2023, the half-term holidays are expected to start on February 13.

However, the dates of school holidays and term times can vary depending on where you live, so make sure to double-check with your school or local council before booking your break.

Many Brits are opting for staycations during the school holidays; with holiday parks, cottages, lodges and more to choose from, there are still plenty of good deals to be had.

Whether you want to keep the kids busy with activities or want to enjoy some peace and quiet for the whole family, there is lots of choice for a UK holiday.

The bargain deals start from £71.20 per stay, which works out at £5.90pp a night for a family of four.

We’ve also found week-long stays costing from £127.20 per stay (£10.60pp a night for a family of five).

Here are the best deals we’ve found:

Pontins

Pontins parks have on-site restaurants, bars and takeaways, indoor heated pools with slides and an arcade.

The parks offer a variety of activities every day, including character shows and evening entertainment.

The cheap deals are available at the Camber Sands, Prestatyn Sands and Southport parks.
