Major Food Group Announces Return of American Express presents CARBONE BEACH

If you’re looking to splurge on race week activities, this just might be the event. From May 4 to 7, the extravagant supper club will return with more dining and entertainment surprises for Miami Race Week. Similar to last year’s sold-out event, each evening will lead with a curated cocktail hour, followed by a seated dinner featuring a crafted menu by Chef Mario Carbone. Throughout the evening guests will enjoy CARBONE’s classic dishes, theatrics, live performances, and authentic Italian touches that guests have grown to love and expect from the fan-favorite restaurant. Red Bull Fan Zone returns to Wynwood

SWARM Entertainment Group presents Racing Fan Fest featuring high-performance installations, full bar and food offerings, a live DJ set, and more. Fi’lia to host a Race Weekend Brunch with Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Wines

Fi’lia Miami at SLS Brickell is throwing a race weekend brunch on Saturday, May 6th hosted by Malibu Rocky Oaks Winery Owner, Howard Leight Jr., and SLS Brickell’s Executive Chef Victor Rosado. The event will include a curated selection of MRO wines to pair with an array of Fi’lia Brunch tasting stations including Truffle Risotto Eggs, French Toast Donuts, Jamon Iberico, and a Woodfired Salmon Carving Station. Mix & mingle with guests on Fi’lia’s beautiful outdoor terrace and newly renovated dining room with live entertainment and surprise giveaways. Lost Boy Dry Goods partners with Red Bull and Stoli Vodka for an F1 watch party

Lost Boy Dry Goods will be partnering with Red Bull and Stoli Vodka to host an epic viewing party for the 2023 Miami Grand Prix F1. Guests can enjoy plenty of cocktail specials including $8 Red bull & Stoli Vodka, $9 Tropical Spritz, and $8 Stoli Strawberry Mule. Specials will be available on Sunday May 7th beginning at 3pm through to the end of the race.

As Formula One takes over Miami, the Eden Roc is allowing guests to experience it off the track at Eden Roc. They’ve partnered with custom motorsport art craftsmen, Maranello Design, for a unique installation featuring F1-inspired art and a race car simulator. From May 3 to 8, Maranello Design will take over the lobby to highlight the intersection of motorsports, art, and design. Open to guests and the public, visitors can expect to feel the spirit of racing in Miami, among motorsport enthusiasts and art collectors alike through trying the VR game or discovering newly inspired pieces for their space.

Sexy Fish launches new menu just in time for race week

Launching exclusively for race week, Sexy Fish will feature two new omakase tasting menus – the Premium Ludicrous menu ($250 per person) inspired by the concept of unexpected behavior, that’s said to be “out-of-this-world, stunning and complex in flavor featuring innovative and rare selections” and the Seasonal Kisetsu ($140 per person), a seasonally rotating menu featuring local ingredients by the season. These new menus will be paired with Sexy Fish’s “One Hell of a Ride” programming featuring DJs all week long to keep the party vibes high.

Get your party on at The Fontainebleau Miami Beach

To celebrate Formula 1’s second-annual Miami Grand Prix, BleauLive at The Fontainebleau Miami Beach will host a three-night, star-studded music experience featuring a variety of special performances including Martin Garrix, Ludacris, Kaskade, and more. The party will take place poolside at The Fontainebleau Miami Beach from Friday, May 5 through Sunday, May 7, 2023. Doors open at 8 p.m. and the party continues until 1 a.m. Get your tickets here. W Miami is hosting a watch party at their signature rooftop restaurant, ADDiKT Modern Kitchen. Guests can watch the race and lounge on the terrace that features amazing views of biscayne bay and Miami’s skyline. Snack and sip on special race day menu items like the empanadas, nachos, wings, as well as themed cocktails.

La Tiendita Taqueria will transform into Casa Checo in honor of Oracle Red Bull Racing’s driver

La Tiendita Taqueria will transform into Casa Checo as an homage to Oracle Red Bull Racing’s Sergio ‘Checo’ Pérez. Casa Checo will feature curated memorabilia from Checo’s personal collection including race suits, helmets, and more as a celebration of his career, along with special touches throughout the weekend to highlight his Mexican heritage. Temporarily renamed menu items will represent Checo’s favorite dishes such as “Checo’s Tacos Al Pastor” and special edition merch will be available for purchase. To round out the atmosphere, the restaurant will play music from Checo’s personal playlist. Additionally, the restaurant will be hosting special themes on select nights. OFF GRID hosts Formula One Miami Race Week programming at SLS South Beach

Off Grid, an all new Formula One concept by F1 event producer Peter Klein will debut for Miami’s upcoming Grand Prix as an exclusive programming lineup with partners SLS South Beach and Hyde Beach Miami. SLS South Beach will transform into a race weekend hub, where the weekend will kick off on Friday with the MAXIM Race Weekend party with a performance by Ruckus, with DJ Cruz kicking off the night, then continuing to daytime and evening parties all weekend long with headliners Orlinski and TBA second name Saturday evening, James Hype presenting Hype Beach Saturday daytime, and, leading up to their Race Weekend F1 Viewing Party and official Alfa Romeo Closing Night Party on Sunday. Exclusive VIP weekend packages which can also be paired with premiere F1 suite access are privy to guests, with exclusive access offered to the nightlife events at SLS South Beach.
