The former pool boy at the centre of the Jerry Falwell Jr. love triangle sex scandal that obliterated the holy roller’s reputation claims he was nearly driven to suicide.

Giancarlo Granda, now 31, is featured in the new documentary, God Forbid: The Sex Scandal That Brought Down a Dynasty, that premieres on Hulu Tuesday.

From the time he was 20, Granda was Becki Falwell’s sexual playmate — and evangelical Jerry liked to watch the encounters at hot-sheet hotels. She was 25 years older than Granda.

“This isn’t just a titillating story about a cuckold throuple,” director Billy Corben told the New York Post. “It’s about a 50-year, multigenerational dynasty that had an outsize influence on U.S. presidential politics and domestic and foreign policy.”

He added: “The Falwells exploited Christians and Christianity for their own power and profit.”

Falwell has previously denied having any involvement in the carnal capers.

The Falwells were on a family vacation in Miami with their three children in March 2012 when they allegedly set their sights on Granda.

Jerry Jr. was the head of hyper-religious Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia which he had inherited from his father. Falwell Sr. died in 2007 and his mission in establishing Liberty was “training soldiers for Christ.”

“The Falwells certainly availed themselves to our amenities here,” Corben said of the pair’s regular sojourns to Miami. “They treated the Ten Commandments like a bucket list. It was almost like they were checking off a box every time they [broke another commandment].”

Granda said in the documentary that wearing a small bathing suit, Becki took snapshots of him while he cleaned the hotel pool. She bombarded the handsome young man with flirtatious comments before inviting him back to her hotel room for sex.

Becki allegedly added: “My husband wants to watch.’”

But for the inaugural romp, they left the luxe hotel for a greasier motel not far away where Becki performed oral sex on the self-admitted “horny” 20-year-old. Jerry watched.

They eventually gave Granda control over a $4.65 million Miami property.

The tradeoff? Sex.

“[Jerry] goes to corner of the room, takes off his jeans and starts j- -king off,” Granda said.

After that initial encounter, the onetime pool boy’s life changed forever with the filthy rich Bible thumpers luring him into a world of private jets, money and meeting high-flying friends like Donald Trump.

Granda noted that far from being discrete, the Falwells paraded him around like a prized pony.

But things hit a speed bump when Miami villains threatened to expose the sordid affair, complete with raunchy photos. Trump lawyer Michael Cohen allegedly made the problem disappear.

Jerry Falwell Jr., though, was spooked and terrified the amorous antics would be exposed to his pious constituency. He promised to pay Granda $600,000 to buy him out of the Miami property, and the young man agreed.

Granda now claims he was never paid. By the 2016 election, Granda had been exiled from the Falwell’s inner circle.

In 2018, Buzzfeed reported on Falwell’s friendship with the young Granda. But the viral story torpedoed the former pool boy’s hopes of a career.

“I felt like there was no way out,” a teary Granda says in the film. “It’s all over for me.”

But it was Trump’s advice during a speech at Liberty University where he urged students to “get even” that Granda found his salvation.

In the documentary, Granda provided clandestinely recorded footage of Becki stripping to her birthday suit on FaceTime, giving her former lover a tour of the Falwell mansion and all the locations they had sex.

By August 2020, it was all becoming too much for Jerry Falwell Jr. and he resigned as president of Liberty University with a $10.5 million payout. He is now banned from the campus where his parents are buried.

“There’s no intent to kink shame the Falwells, they seem like a lot of fun,” said Corben. “The problem here is their holier than thou hypocrisy. It’s dangerous.“
