Big Bang Theory star Kunal Nayyer reveals ‘sacrifices’ he made ‘Missed births and deaths’

He continued: “It was time for me [and] for all of us to spend more time with our families.”

The sitcom, which regularly airs on Channel 4, followed the lives of four socially awkward friends, Leonard (played by Johnny Galecki), Sheldon (Jim Parsons), Howard (Simon Helberg) and Raj (Kunal), besides their beautiful free-spirited neighbour Penny (Kaley Cuoco).

In 2019, Big Bang Theory came to an end after an impressive 12 seasons.

Presenter Tim, a self-confessed fan of the show, praised the comedy for making him feel “pure joy” whilst watching it.
