Brad Pitt’s ‘zero drama’ new girlfriend is a relief after Angelina Jolie ‘disaster’: report

It looks like Brad Pitt is trying to emotionally move on from the turmoil of his six-year split from Angelina Jolie, one of the nastiest and messiest divorces in Hollywood history.

The 59-year-old movie star is getting serious with jewelry designer Ines de Ramon, has introduced her to some of his six kids and “doesn’t give a damn” what Jolie might think about his new relationship, the Daily Mail is reporting.

Pitt and de Ramon, who reportedly turned 30 in December, starting dating in November and have grown “incredibly close” over the past three months, as she’s also been in the process of ending her marriage to Paul Wesley, the 40-year-old star of “The Vampire Diaries.”

Indeed, de Ramon and Wesley both filed documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court in the past week to end their four-year marriage, citing irreconcilable differences, E! News reported. It doesn’t look like Pitt was a factor in de Ramon and Wesley’s split, as the couple confirmed back in September that they had mutually decided to divorce months earlier, the Daily News reported.

However, Pitt and de Ramon have become a mutual source of support for each other as they navigate their respective breakups, a  friend of Pitt’s told the Daily Mail.

“They actually bonded over their divorces and are quite serious,” the friend said. “Brad’s relationship with Angie was such a high-profile disaster and it is quite the opposite with Ines. She is zero drama and very lowkey.”

The relationship is serious enough that Pitt has introduced de Ramon to “most of his kids,” the source said. Pitt and Jolie share six children — Maddox, 21, Pax, 19, Zahara, 18, Shiloh, 16, and 14-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

Pitt may not have included Maddox in the introduction, given reports that he and Maddox have been estranged since 2016, due to the altercation the two reportedly had on a private plane returning from Europe that led to Jolie filing for divorce from Pitt. In court documents Jolie filed in October, Jolie alleged that Pitt was intoxicated and out-of-control and choked one of their children and struck another across the face as he terrorized his entire family for hours on the flight to Los Angeles.

Pitt has repeatedly denied becoming violent with his family, though he acknowledged to GQ and other outlets that he had to overcome problems with alcohol and managing his anger. Pitt was cleared by the FBI following a child abuse investigation in 2016.

Us Weekly reported in 2020 that Pitt doesn’t have a relationship with Maddox and that Pitt also also doesn’t speak to his other son, Pax. But a source told People in July 2022 that Pitt enjoys “a pretty good relationship” with his younger children and “has dinner with (them) when they are all in L.A.”
