Brandy continues to be the great beauty he’s been since she landed on the charts as a 15-year-old in 1994. Her super-long, middle-parted hair cascaded down in big, loose, bouncy, glossy curls. Her skin was flawless, as always, serving as the foundation of her glam makeup in rich, neutral tones. Bringing the classic, timeless look together was her almond-shaped French manicure.
