
Longtime NBA star Carmelo Anthony is calling it a career.
The legendary Syracuse Orange star, who had a lengthy career in the NBA, announced his retirement from the game on Monday morning.
Anthony, the No. 3 overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft, was a 10-time All-Star and a six-time All-NBA player.
The former Syracuse Orange star announced his retirement with a video involving his son on Monday morning. His son is a college basketball recruit who hopes to follow in his father’s footsteps.

Anthony will go down as one of the best players of his era.
The former Syracuse Orange star never won an NBA championship, but he won multiple Olympic gold medals and was an incredibly fun player to watch.
