The New York Knicks will be without guard/forward Quentin Grimes for the Game 4 Eastern Conference first-round matchup with the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday.

Grimes continues to deal with a contused right shoulder he recently suffered, leaving Josh Hart to take his place in the starting lineup.

The Knicks public relations account tweeted the news on social media.

“Quentin Grimes (contused right shoulder) is out for Game 4. Josh Hart will start.”

Grimes, 22, averaged 11.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.1 assists on 47 percent shooting from the field this season.

Hart, 28, must be ready to fill his spot in the rotation. Hart had 13 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals in the Game 3 victory over the Cavaliers.

The Knicks lead the series 2-1.
