Days after a disappointing exit from the NBA playoffs the Phoenix Suns have reportedly made a decision on head coach Monty Williams.
According to multiple reports, the team is parting ways with the head coach after four seasons with the team. Williams and the Suns fell to the Denver Nuggets in a disappointing end to the season after going all-in and trading for Kevin Durant.

The Suns never appeared to be on the same page after the team traded for Durant. A lack of depth behind Durant and fellow star Devin Booker left the Suns in a bad place.
While Williams won’t be returning, Durant seems to be locked in for the 2023-24 season.
“We just got to be better next year,” Durant said. “It’s hard right now to see what the future will hold for our team, but we got a good foundation, good infrastructure. We can build on and move on from this and learn from it and get better from it. I’m sure as the summer and offseason starts, we’ll figure that out a little bit more.”
Did the Suns make the right decision?
