Looking to be decked out in festive merchandise for your first walk through the recently reopened Black Bart’s Cave? Casa Bonita has you covered.
Almost a month after the restaurant announced partial reopening dates and released a limited number of tickets to its email list, Casa Bonita is now selling merchandise online. The store features dozens of vintage-inspired apparel options to appeal to every generation of Casa Bonita lovers, as well as pet collars and bandanas.
There is also branded kitchenware – drinkware, tea towels, tortilla warmers and more — and signature salsas, drink mixes and hot sauces. And to top it off, you can purchase a sopapilla-scented candle or one of the iconic sopapilla flags, both for your table and your car.
The debut of the online marketplace comes with some interesting timing: just a few weeks ago, Etsy sent cease-and-desist orders to a few local artists who were selling their own Casa Bonita goods online. Etsy told the artists that the order came at Casa Bonita’s request.
In addition to the merchandise, Casa Bonita recently added prices for its highly-anticipated culinary rebrand to its online menu by Denver chef Dana Rodriguez, with tickets ranging from $30-$40 for adults’ entrees and $20-$25 for the kids. Each ticket includes one entrée, and each meal still includes chips and salsa and a basket of sopapillas.
Though tickets aren’t available to the general public yet, limited tickets are still being offered through Casa Bonita’s email list.
