With 23 needed off 11 balls, Benny Howell, who was batting on 25 off 14, picked a length delivery and blasted it towards the square leg boundary. The ball met the sweet spot of the bat and a six was written all over it.

“Oh! He has got it,” the on-air commentator said before the magic happened. Bradley Currie covered a fair distance from long leg before releasing himself in the air, almost flying parallel to the ground with both his hands stretched forward. He plucked a stunner with his left hand, stood up and modestly acknowledged the loud cheer from the stunned fans.
“Oh my goodness me, did you ever see anything like that,” were his next few words.
In the video posted by the official twitter handle of the Vitality Blast, a ground official just behind him and a man sitting on the chair in the front row can be seen shell shocked after the jaw-dropping catch. Three girls can also be seen. one of them says. “Wow!”
