The lynx, led by the two Spanish record holders Marta Fernández, touch the podium in the Spanish Championship of Adapted Swimming Clubs

Fusion Sports Club finished in fourth position in the Adapted Swimming Absolute Club Championship. The club of the Federation of Adapted Sports of Castilla y León (Fedeacyl) stood out at the event held in Cádiz, in which 44 clubs from all over Spain participated.
The bounty of the lynx entity was increased by Paralympian Marta Fernández, but in general the fourteen swimmers of the club improved their times at the Ciudad de Cádiz Sports Complex, in a competition in which Fusion stood out in the relay.
Fernández Infante achieved two new Spanish records (S3), in the 50 and 100 freestyle, with times of 43:88 and 1:33:11.
To the two gold medals, he also added another gold medal in the 50-meter breaststroke (SB3 category), in which he would achieve victory with a time of 1.00.62, and in which his partner Elsa Cuadrado was fourth.
For her part, in the 50-meter butterfly (S3), Marta also won gold with a time of 46:18.
His individual gold medals would be completed with two mixed relays together with his CD Fusión teammates. They achieved first place in the 4×50 medley relay, together with Julia Campo, Luis Huerta and David Cubillas, with a time of 3:07:52. And they finished second in the mixed 4×50 freestyle relay, in which Julia Campo, Luis Huerta and Unai Hontiyuelo competed together with Marta Fernández, who signed a time of 3:07:60.
He also highlighted the 4×100 medley relay in which Andrea Salamanca, Celia López, Jesús Catalina and Alejandro Matesanz achieved second place.
For his part, Marco Pérez from Palencia, who represented CN Palencia, finished nineteenth in the 50 backstroke, and twenty-eighth in the 100 backstroke.
