Never one to hold back, TNT’s Charles Barkley is calling on one NBA MVP voter to lose their vote after learning that Nuggets big man Nikola Jokic didn’t place anywhere in the top-five spots on their ballot.
After “Inside the NBA” co-analyst Shaquille O’Neal spoke glowingly of Joker’s abilities, Chuck couldn’t help but shame the anonymous voter.
“I gotta tell you something. It’s something that’s been bothering me,” the Hall of Famer interjected. “Joel [Embiid] deserved the MVP. And [Nikola Jokic] and Giannis [Antetokounmpo], they were 1-2-3, however you voted. There’s one person — I don’t even know this fool’s name — didn’t even have [Jokic] in the top five. People like that shouldn’t get a vote.”
"There's one person — I don't even know this fool's name — didn't even have [Nikola Jokic] in the top 5. People like that shouldn't get a vote… He's a damn idiot."

Of the 100 NBA MVP voters, Jokic received top three placements from 99 of them; with the other not feeling he should’ve even been in the discussion.
“If you don’t think he should have been in the top five, you don’t deserve to vote,” Charles admitted. “He’s a damn idiot.”
It would be nice to hear this person defend their decision. But like NBA on TNT host Ernie Johnson said, there may have been an “oversight” or some kind of clerical error.
