The TikToker demonstrated how to make chicken and stuffing parcels that costs less than 60p each. The pretty parcels would make a great centrepiece of any Christmas dish.
The idea has had 44K likes on the app and a number of glowing remarks from TikTok users. So, how exactly can you make this delicious-looking dish?
Christmas chicken stuffing parcels recipe
Ingredients
- Tesco 2kg chicken thighs
- 1 pack of Woodside Farms sausages
- 1 pack Woodside Farms streaky bacon

Method
The cook said: “We’re going to debone and stuff chicken thighs with sausage meat and wrap in bacon to make cushions, delicious individual portions that bake in just 35 minutes.
“As you can see we’ve taken a regular chicken thigh and used a sharp knife to scrape down the bone until it can be removed, then used a knife to remove any leftover cartilage (any hard bits you can feel).
“Then we roll some sausage meat and place it in the centre (of the thigh) before folding and turning it over.
“Use a piece of streaky bacon to wrap up the bottom edge and tie it with cooking string. Nobody will guess they are 60p per potion.”
