Cheapest staycations at UK caravan parks from £3pp a night this autumn

FORGET summer holidays – hit the right week weather-wise and an autumn break can be a much better proposition, away from all of the high season crowds.

Parkdean Resort has released deals on a number of its holiday lodges that sleep up to eight people, meaning you could grab a staycation from £3pp a night.

Parkdean Resorts has more than 60 holiday parks across the UK, including in popular destinations like Cornwall, Norfolk, Devon,  Scotland and Yorkshire.

Accommodation ranges from caravans, lodges and apartments to glamping, so there’s something to suit everyone’s taste.

One of the cheapest deals we’ve found is in Dorset, with four-night stays costing from £89 per stay.

The accommodation can sleep up to six people, working out at £3pp a night.

For shorter stays, three nights in Cornwall, at the Lizard Point resort, cost from £89 per stay – which works out at £4pp a night.

The parks offer a variety of activities and entertainment for children during the day and evening, including kids’ clubs, laser tag, crazy golf, high ropes courses and bungee trampolining.

The resorts’ facilities also include restaurants, swimming pools and wifi in communal areas.

All accommodation has fresh bed linen, pillows, and duvets or blankets.

Holidaymakers can also bring their pets with them to some of the parks, for an extra £40 per week.
