This Valentine’s Day, couples will have the chance to join renowned Chef Cain and Chocolatier Maria Sanchez for a romantic evening of chocolate making. The night will begin with a welcome reception, where Chef Cain will teach the couples about chocolate-making processes and give them a sweet tasting of all types of chocolate. Then, they will be hands on creating a variety of delicious Valentine’s Day treats, including heart-shaped bonbons, mini showpieces with button roses, truffles, and a brass chocolate stamp for décor.

Furthermore, Caribe Royale Orlando and Executive Pastry Chef, Joshua Cain have developed a new chocolate program at the resort including a dedicated Chocolate Room. Cain specializes in chocolate molding and has spent his career creating artful masterpieces made entirely out of chocolate including an Eiffel Tower, an 11’ Saturn V Rocket, a 32’ railroad train made from 1600 pounds of chocolate, and a life-size Santa in his sleigh with nine reindeer made from 2000 pounds of chocolate. He also journeyed to France in late 2022 to create a custom-made chocolate blend for the resort.
