Chiefs to score more goals next season?

As expected, Kaizer Chiefs have brought in six new players for next season. With three of the new faces playing in the forward line, how many goals did each player deliver last season?

As finally unveiled by Amakhosi on Monday, the club is busy sorting out housing for six new players.

They group includes Mduduzi Shabalala from Cape Town City, Pule Mmodi from Golden Arrows, Given Msimango from TS Galaxy, Thatayaone Dithlokwe from SuperSport United, Edson Castillo from Monagas SC (Venezuela) and Ranga Chivaviro from Marumo Gallants.

With goals the most important statistic in a football match, how many goals did Amakhosi’s new attackers deliver last season?

• Chivaviro – 17 goals
• Mmodi – 6 goals
• Mdantsane – Two goals.

With a new playing system and teammates, it remains to be seen with each of these players will score more or less in a Chiefs jersey.
