At least five people, including a child, have died in an explosion in Dangri village in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district, the police said today. The blast was reported near the home of a victim of yesterday’s terrorist attack, officials said.
“A blast has taken near the house of the first firing incident. 5 persons are injured. One child has died of injuries. Another critical. Media personnel are requested to be cautious. Another suspected IED spotted which is being cleared. Self with div com and IG CRPF reaching the spot,” a police official said.
The nature of the explosion is not clear, officials added.
