Chris Eubank Jr has explained his dislike of Kell Brook came after his rival ‘stole’ his fight with Gennady Golovkin.
The British star recently defeated Liam Williams in a domestic duel to set up a potential world title shot at middleweight against Golovkin.
Eubank Jr is also interested in domestic dust-ups with Brook and Conor Benn.
He has now stated he doesn’t like Brook’s “character” and has emphasised a fight would be one he is ready to take.
“Absolutely it is a fight that many boxing fans would love to see,” Eubank Jr told Mirror Fighting . “He shared the ring with Golovkin when I was supposed to.

“Because of that I have always had a disposition towards him, he was the reason I didn’t get that fight. He is best buddies with Billy Joe Saunders so that automatically makes him an enemy of mine.
“I actually don’t like his character and how he holds himself so that would definitely be a fight I would be willing to take.”
Brook is currently preparing to settle another rivalry against long-term foe Amir Khan.
He fought Golovkin back in 2016, losing by stoppage when he suffered a fractured eye socket.
However Eubank Jr was planning to meet Golovkin at the time for the middleweight title and was disappointed not to have received the call himself.
Now he has put his world-title ambitions back on track and is eyeing a potential clash with Golovkin in his next fight.

This looks unlikely however as the Kazakh plans to unify with Ryota Murata or even fight in a trilogy against Canelo Alvarez.
However Eubank Jr is unconcerned by the potential of having to “wait” and has pointed out the raft of options available to him including a rematch with Saunders.
“Yes, in a perfect world a fight with Golovkin would be my next fight, but that is easier said than done,” Eubank Jr continued.
“The amazing thing about the situation now is there are a bunch of great fights to be made, even fights that aren’t world title fights.
“If it is not for a world title it will still be awesome for the fans to come and see. I would never wait, I don’t wait for anybody.
“If they fight I will just fight for somebody else. But I would then challenge the winner of that.”
