Christina Aguilera has officially kicked off her UK tour, taking to Scarborough with a sensational show.
The superstar performed at Scarborough Open Air Theatre, treating fans to classics including Genie In A Bottle, What A Girl Wants, Candyman, and Lady Marmalade.
Christina took to the stage in a futuristic outfit, including a silver bodysuit and shades, as well as chaps that throw it back to her Dirrty music video, and wearing her blonde locks up in a ponytail.
At one point, the star was also joined by singer Nelson.
Christina’s UK tour is set to continue with Liverpool on August 3, and London on August 5.
The star has blessed fans with an array of performances this year, including LA Pride in June, which saw her wear a strap-on as part of a unique array of outfits.
Earlier this year, Christina also threw her support behind Britney Spears following the end of her conservatorship, shortly after she was criticised for not speaking out.
When asked about Britney, Christina responded: ‘I couldn’t be happier for her, and every woman deserves to feel empowered and to own that for themselves, however they see fit.’
She added that she ‘never [wants] to speak out of turn about somebody that I have so much respect and admiration for’ but admitted that ‘growing up in this business can be freaking crazy.’
‘If anybody gets that and understands what that means at that time coming up, it definitely would be her and I,’ Christina continued.
The Burlesque star said she would ‘always be here to reach out to’ if Britney needed her.
