When a picture of Cindy Crawford with bangs came across our Instagram feeds, we were more than excited to see the model trying a new look. To some, getting bangs is more of a cry for help than a fun, creative choice. However, here at Allure we’re not that dramatic (well, sometimes) and are big fans of fringes and the many forms they come in, including curtain bangs, chin bangs, and side bangs.
Crawford posted a mirror selfie of the new haircut on Instagram for her more than seven million followers. Her hair was styled into a simple half up half down with most of her hair in the front tied toward the back. It gives us an even better view of these choppy bangs that might have been freshly cut. They practically cover her eyebrows with the ends of some pieces below her eyes. They also look lighter than the rest of her medium-brown hair. The fringe was more of a caramel brown with lighter blonde highlights.
