Club Wyndham Launches Private-Chef Extravaganza

Club Wyndham Launches Private-Chef Extravaganza

Foodies, you’re in for a treat.

To start the new year off right, the nation’s largest vacation ownership brand, Club Wyndham, is giving the gift of stress-free, delicious meals by partnering with Take a Chef, offering guests access to more 40,000 prestigious private chefs across select properties nationwide. Now that’s food for thought!

From customized menus to locally-sourced ingredients, friends and family can gather in a Club Wyndham apartment-style suite for a private dining experience in their home away from home. To kick off the partnership, Club Wyndham is giving away up to $25,000 in complimentary farm-to-table meals in the ensuite kitchens for up to four people at 10+ eligible resorts nationwide. From plant-based and gluten-free, to seasonal spins on classic favorites, groups staying at Club Wyndham will work with their very own private chef to curate a menu everyone will enjoy.

In a recent survey conducted by Club Wyndham, more than half of travelers report they now seek vacation accommodations with kitchens and would take advantage of a personal chef while on vacation. “For guests looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply treat themselves to a bit of luxury, a private chef experience takes your vacation to a whole new level,” said Annie Roberts, SVP Club & Owner Services.

For access to a private chef, guests can book and travel to any of the eligible 10+ resorts to receive a unique access code, along with details on how to book the complimentary chef experience via Take a Chef. From there, guests will have the opportunity to communicate directly with their chef to schedule their meal and agree upon a menu that meets their dietary preferences.

I conducted an email interview, asking for more information, and here are the replies I received.

From where will these professional chefs be sourced?

Club Wyndham has partnered with Take a Chef to provide guests with access to over 40,000 personal chefs from around the world.

How many courses in each meal?

The chef and guests will work together to curate a three-course meal menu.

Could the chefs do an all-vegan or vegetarian or keto meal?

Yes! When guests book this promotion, they will receive details on how to book a chef via Take a Chef. From there, guests can directly communicate with the chef to schedule their meal and agree upon a menu that meets their dietary preferences from vegan, keto, and gluten-free and everything in between.

What about an all lowfat meal for dieters? Can you give me some examples of what would be on the menu.

Menus will be agreed upon between chef and guests, with shared dietary needs taken into thought. Along with their chef, guests can create the menu of their dreams from Mediterranean-influenced mezzes to French lamb shank navarin, and everything in between.

Dinners are served in the dining room in each room/suite?

Yes, guests will feel right at home as they are served dinner in their suite’s expansive eat-in kitchen or separate dining space.

Tell me about some of the kitchens at the resorts offering the promotion.

Each property offers unique charm from floor-to-ceiling ocean views at Club Wyndham Ocean Boulevard to gourmet luxe kitchens at Club Wyndham Atlanta. For example, guests staying at Club Wyndham’s Atlanta property have access to full-sized kitchens within the 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom suites, with ample counter space, full-sized appliances, and modern finishes.

Make sure to bring your appetite!
