The second day of Weekend 2 of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival at the Empire Polo Club in Indio on Saturday, April 22 has come to an end, but it was another epic day of music, capped by K-pop group Blackpink and a DJ set from Calvin Harris on the main Coachella Stage.
Though it was another scorching day with temperatures hitting the high 90s, the heat didn’t keep fans from turning out in droves, packing into the smaller stages and braving the elements and zero shade for the larger acts on the Coachella Stage and Outdoor Theatre.

Early acts like Ethel Cain, Dinner Party and Shenseea drew large audiences and right at sunset, Indian singer Diljit Dosanjh had the Sahara Tent jumping.

On Saturday, Rosalía was back for another lively and tech-filled run on the Coachella Stage and duo Sofi Tukker played games with its sizeable crowd over at the Outdoor Theatre, getting them to participate in a round of Sofi Says. Much like on Friday, day two had several special guests including singer-songwriter Sia and dancer Maddie Ziegler coming out with Labrinth for “Thunderclouds” and actress and singer Zendaya joined the British rapper for “I’m Tired” and “All for Us.”

Sunday’s lineup includes performances by Momma, Porter Robinson, Kali Uchis, Rae Sremmurd, Willow, Jai Wolf, Sasha & John Digweed, Jackson Wang, Latto, Björk, Fisher + Chris Lake and newly announced Coachella Stage headliner, Blink-182. The evening officially closes with a DJ set by Skrillex, Fred Again and Four Tet.
