BMW drivers are known for being bad at parking, but a 4 Series convertible owner in the UK has taken things to another level by having their car float away.
St Agnes Coastguard Search and Rescue shared footage of the floating 4 Series on its Facebook page, and confirmed there was no-one in the car when it did its best impression of a tinny.
The car was recovered and towed away, leaking water like a colander as it was hitched up.
It’s not uncommon for the combination of clueless car owners and the ocean to end in disaster.
Recently, drivers in Florida ploughed into the ocean on the back of instructions from their GPS. They were searching for manta rays; it’s not clear if they found them.
