Susan Mooney, a Colorado resident, is working on a dream project called Tall Tales Ranch. The ranch’s purpose is provide a work community for adults with intellectual and developmental differences. Locals are donating to Susan’s cause through the sale of caramel apples. Barry Petersen reports.
