When talking to friends and family, one popular topic of discussion that comes up regularly is “what is your favorite comfort show?”
It seems that without missing a beat, nearly every person I speak to always has at least one TV show that they can watch over and over without ever getting tired of consuming. Some shows just take us to a happy, zen-like state of mind and make us feel all warm and fuzzy.
For me lately, it’s ‘Bob’s Burgers’ that I love relaxing to after a long day. I can start nearly any episode and instantly be in a happier state of mind. The show is funny, well-written, light-hearted, and displays that all the characters, despite having major flaws, are ultimately good people who love each other’s company.
