South African actress and TV producer Connie Ferguson is definitely all sorts of goals. When she isn’t making strides in the showbiz industry, she is smashing fitness goals in the gym. The Queen actress went viral on Twitter after a Tweep shared a snap of her killing it in the gym.
Many people couldn’t believe that she was over 40 and looking so good others shared how much they wished they had the similar zest to be as active as she is.

Esteemed media personality Connie Ferguson continues to be a role model to millions of South Africans who can’t help but marvel over how well she is taking care of herself.
The former Generations star makes a point of eating healthy and exercising and South Africans love it.
Taking to Twitter on Sunday this week, a user with the handle, @leversemaganyane, shared a clip of Connie in the gym which he captioned:

The clip went viral as South Africans headed to the comment section to compliment Connie who they say makes fitness “look easy”.
