According to demand letters, obtained by TMZ, McGregor is alleged to have “violently” sexually assaulted a woman inside a men’s bathroom.

A representative for McGregor has denied the allegations, calling them “false” and adding he “will not be intimidated.”

The letters, sent to McGregor, the NBA and Miami Heat by attorney Ariel Mitchell, claims the woman was separated from her friend by league and team security and forced her into a washroom that McGregor and his security were already inside.

Mitchell claimed “security refused to let [the woman] exit or allow anyone else, including her friend, inside the bathroom.” McGregor then emerged from a handicap stall and “shoved his tongue in the victim’s mouth and aggressively kissed her.”

It’s alleged the woman was able to get McGregor off her by telling him she had to urinate, but then he forced her to have oral sex with him.

McGregor is also accused of grabbing the woman and pinning her to a wall where he attempted to have anal sex with her.

The letters said the woman elbowed McGregor repeatedly and managed to escape, but left in such a hurry that she forgot her purse. She pleaded with McGregor’s security for its return after they held it “hostage”.

The woman reported the incident to police on Sunday morning, Mitchell said.

The letters say the woman wants to avoid a lawsuit and is seeking settlements with the NBA, the Heat and McGregor.
