Constance Hall’s 30 failed attempts to quit vaping

Constance Hall reveals the crazy number of times she has attempted to quit vaping this year after claiming the nicotine products are harder to give up than cigarettes.

The WA-based mummy blogger said she has successfully managed to not use her vape for nearly a week after previously failing on 30 other occasions to make it just one day without it.

“Speaking of smoking, I am on day 6 of no vapes, which I have found harder to give up than smoking and with less evidence of any health implications,” Constance wrote on her Facebook.

“I found those excuses to keep the addiction up really easy to draw on, but at the end of the day I didn’t want my kids to see me vape and so I found myself hiding from them for just one more sugary nicotine-filled puff and that was a sh*t feeling.

“I would have quit 30 times this year but not made it past one day so I’m feeling strong.”

Her Facebook post accompanied photos from her recent trip to Darwin in which she posed topless near some water. But while her visit to Northern Territory’s capital looked idyllic, Constance said her ‘Insta fool’ antics and a pesky centipede almost ruined her trip.

“I was however bitten by a centipede like a typical Insta fool while trying to look natural and poised but the banks of the hot springs and some funny little centipede brought me back down to earth.

“Actually the onlookers, that I assumed were thinking ‘dam that’s a fine looking Queen’ who instead lovingly said ‘you are very brave’ as I walked past them… along with the centipede, knocked me out of my Insta model delusions.

“My itchy swollen foot is still keeping me up at night.”
