Perth mummy blogger Constance Hall ended up in a very awkward situation after her son uncovered her collection of sex toys.
The 39-year-old — who lives part-time in her husband Denim’s one-bedroom apartment with her kids and also shares a wardrobe with her children — was forced to lie to Zeyke after he made the embarrassing discovery.
Taking to Instagram to share the mishap, the mother-of-seven said they couldn’t look each other in the eyes after.
“Zeyke is the biggest clean freak that you’ll ever meet, like he wakes up every morning and cleans everything and makes me feel super guilty because I’m like ‘a bit of mess is OK Zeke’ but he just loves cleanliness and his dad’s the most feral person I’ve ever met so it makes sense,” Ms Hall said.
“Anyway, Zeyke decided the other day that he couldn’t live like this anymore. . . he decided to clean out my whole wardrobe which is really kind of him and it makes me feel really calm when I see it, apart from the fact that there’s like 18 vibrators in that wardrobe and now we can’t look each other in the eyes. Well we can because I lied and told him they’re not mine.”
The controversial business owner made headlines earlier this year after she was taken to court and ordered to pay $15,000 for breaching a contract over her now-defunct website.
The case, heard in WA’s District Court, revolved around a deal made between Ms Hall and Annabel and Jody Olward — the sisters who designed her website Queens of Constance — whereby they would create her website for free in exchange for a 50/50 split of its advertising revenue.
Judge Christopher Stevenson found while Ms Hall failed to maintain the agreed-upon frequency of blog posts, neither party fully understood the magnitude of the venture.
