Indie-pop fans have yet another reason to visit Napa Valley.

It’s the inaugural Down in the Valley festival, led by the Head and the Heart and featuring Waxahatchee, Dawes, Faye Webster and other acts, set for Sept. 2-3 at the Oxbow Riverstage in downtown Napa.

The complete lineup is listed below.

The Head And the Heart will perform three times during the festival — an acoustic set to open the festivities on Sept. 2 and then closing night sets on both Sept. 2 and Sept. 3. The latter two performances will feature “a full band and original lineup including Josiah Johnson, who will also kick off the Sunday with a special solo set,” according to a news release.

Two-day passes start at $129.50 and go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. April 6. There are also some presale opportunities. See apeconcerts.com for details.com.
