When Fiz later drops the bombshell that she wants to sell No.9, Tyrone’s shocked.
He argues the house is rightfully his and that he’s not selling it.
As Fiz explains to Evelyn that Tyrone’s ruined her happy memories of No.9 though and insists she needs a fresh start, Evelyn’s saddened.
She tells Tyrone it’s his duty to do right by Fiz and the children and if that means selling the house, so be it.
Tyrone may be unwilling to do this though and, fearing he will lose his family, might lash out at Phil, threatening him to stay away.
If Fiz sees this, she could decide to leave Weatherfield completely.
