Coronation Street’s Jude Riordan has posted an inspiring message on his Instagram, hoping to ease the pressure on younger fans as SATs week continues.
Even thought we often see him on our screens playing Sam Blakeman, Jude still has to attend school when he isn’t filming and yes, even a young Corrie legend still needs to do his SATs!
Taking to his Instagram, the 10-year-old posted a variety of pictures that remind people they are more than just a SATs result.
Making reference to the fact school schedules were thrown up in the air during the pandemic, Jude wrote: ‘We have got this Year 6. We are almost there. SATS week is here. 2 crazy years of school or NO school or little school. WE ARE MORE THAN A TEST. Good luck to everyone taking SATS this week. My school are doing a breakfast week for Y6 so our tums are full and we have time to settle.’
Many followers sent good luck messages to Jude, with one follower writing: ‘Good Luck Jude my son has breakfast week at school for his sats too.’
Rachel Leskovac, who played Sam’s mum Natasha, wrote: ‘This is amazing. Just like you!’.
They were also joined by Emmerdale’s Amelia Flanagan (April Windsor), the older sister of Isabella and William.
