Couple perform bizarre sex act in broad daylight in front of shocked pub-goers

POLICE are investigating video of a brazen couple performing a bizarre sex act in broad daylight at a shopping precinct in the centre of Sydney.

A drinker at a nearby hotel bar filmed a young woman squatting behind a man as he bent over with his hands on his knees watched by horrified onlookers.

One baffled spectator is heard asking: “What is happening? What is going on?”

The couple were filmed next to a bench on a pedestrianised shopping street in the Potts Point district last week.

The woman is seen pulling down the man’s underwear in graphic footage that was shared online.

Shocked viewers appeared bewildered by the nature of the sex act, with comments saying: “WTF?!”

Others saw the funny side and noted the “perfect name” of the Harris Farm Markets shop in the background.

Aris is Cockney rhyming slang for backside.

New South Wales Police confirmed it is investigating the video and urged anyone who recognises the pair to call Crimestoppers.

The culprits could be fined $1,100 (£580) or jailed for six months for “wilfully and obscenely exposing his or her person” in a public place.

It comes days after a driver was charged with obscenity for walking naked into a BP petrol station in Sydney.
