CSK are sitting on top of the list with 5.12 million total interactions in March. The franchise has won four titles in the IPL and is led by one of the most revered cricketers in the world and India especially.

MS Dhoni, the CSK captain is expected to retire after ongoing IPL 2023, and that has created further buzz for the franchise. The Twitter handle of CSK has 9.5 million followers.

Second on the list is Al Nassr – a Saudi Arabian football club based in Riyadh which features in the Saudi Pro League. The popularity of the club has skyrocketed ever since superstar Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo joined in December last year. Al Nassr FC had 5 million interactions in March.

Mumbai Indians have 8.1 million followers on Twitter. Completed the top five list of another Saudi Pro League SFC. They recorded 2.11 million interactions in March.
