Pakistan were bowled out for just 205 runs and it is young pacer Rajvardhan Hangargekar who has been the enforcer for India.
Hangargekar, who plays for the Chennai Super Kings in IPL, picked has picked up a five-for to dismantle the Pakistan batting. He finished off with a stellar figure of 5 for 42 in his 8 overs of bowling.
The Maharashtra-born pacer gave early breakthrough to the Indian team as he picked up two early wickets.
Saim Ayub and Omair Yousuf were both dismissed for ducks as they managed to find outside edges in Hangargekar’s bowling, which was safely taken by India’s wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel.

Pakistan were 95 for 6 at one stage and it was Qasim Akram and Mubasir Khan who added 53 crucial runs in the 7th wicket. Along with Akram, Mehran Mumtaz added 43 runs for the 8th wicket.
But it was Hangargekar again who dealt the final blows to wrap up the Pakistan inning. He picked up Akram first to give the crucial breakthrough, and then dismissed the two tail-enders Mohammad Wasim Jr and Shahnawaz Dahani to complete his five-wicket haul and finish the Pakistan batting.

The 20-year-old pacer is known for his pace and it was on full show on Wednesday. The youngster played 2 matches in the IPL 2023 and picked up 3 wickets in them.
