This is a pretty common weapon, and there are plenty of them to find in the game. If you’re trying to figure out which ones are the best, here’s a list to help.

10 Divided We Stand

The Divided We Stand assault rifle is also an Iconic Weapon. Its effect reads “A modified automatic targeting system allows the weapon to target up to five targets simultaneously with decreased accuracy. Bullets may explode into Biohazard clouds, dealing Chemical damage and applying Poison.” This weapon allows you to lock onto up to five enemies, making it a great gun.

This weapon is obtained during the Stadium Love side quest. You must win the shoot challenge against the 6th street gang or kill the gang. Once you have defeated them, you will be able to loot this gun from them.

9 D5 Copperhead

The D5 Copperhead is a Power Weapon assault rifle. It offers anywhere from 85 to 105 damage. While it doesn’t have any special effects, its damage coupled with its 6.5 Attacks Per Second makes this gun a solid choice for anyone wanting to use assault rifles.

In order to obtain the D5 Copperhead gun, you must first complete the side quest The Rescue. In this quest, you will find yourself facing off against scavengers inside an apartment. Once the fight is over, you can find this weapon on one of the bodies.

8 DA8 Umbra

The DA8 Umbra is another assault rifle classified as a Power Weapon. This weapon comes with a damage of anywhere from 85 to 105. It also boasts a nice 8.05 Attacks Per Second, making it a really nice choice for someone who wants a powerful and fast gun.

If you want to obtain this gun, you’re in luck. This is one of the easiest to obtain on this list. All you need to do is visit the 2nd Amendment shop in Watson. If the item isn’t available to purchase, you can wait 24 hours and try again.

7 Psalm 11:6

Psalm 11:6 is another Iconic Weapon that has made its way onto the list. Its effect is “Pure hellfire. This gun deals additional Thermal Damage, greatly increasing the chance to apply Burn.” The Thermal Damage plus Burn truly makes this an amazing weapon. In addition, its damage can range from 95 to 115.

The Psalm 11:6 is an interesting weapon. In order to obtain it, you must craft it. You can get the crafting specs from the NCPD Scanner Hustle entitled Suspected Crime Activity At The Edge of Northside. This crafting spec will drop from the Hustle Leader there.

6 M251 S AJAX

The M251S AJAX is another Power Weapon assault rifle. It has a 95 to 120 damage range, which is pretty great for assault rifles. Unfortunately, its Attacks Per Second is only 4.8, meaning it is lower on the list.

5 Nowaki

The damage ranges from 125-155, making it an amazing weapon.

This weapon has a small chance of dropping off enemies, specifically Goons in Maelstrom. It can also be found on the Arasaka guards found in Konpeki Plaza during the quest The Heist. All you need to do is loot their bodies.

4 Prejudice

Prejudice, like most assault rifles, is a Power Weapon. Its effect is that it “Fires piercing projectiles.” In addition, the weapon’s damage ranges from 145-180, making it a solid damage gun. The addition of the piercing projectiles makes this an amazing addition to your arsenal.

You can obtain this gun during the quest For Whom The Bell Tolls (a main quest). During this quest, you will start off inside the Afterlife bar. If you walk behind the bar, you will find this weapon sitting there.

3 HJSH-18 Masamune

The HJSH-18 Masamune is one of the best options when it comes to assault rifles. It has several effects that can be on the weapon. These effects range from increase damage to reduction in weapon sway. In addition, it offers 200-245 in damage, making it a great option. If you pair it with an effect you’ll often use, this can become an amazing option.

This is another gun that is found in multiple ways. You can purchase it from the many different Gun Vendors around the game. You can also find it during the side quest Gig: Breaking News, or during many different NCPD Scanner Hustles.

2 Kyubi

One of the best assault rifle in the game is the Kyubi. This weapon boasts an impressive 200-250 damage. It also offers an increase in Electrical Damage and Shock Chance. On top of that, its speed is a nice 3.25 Attacks Per Second. All these stats make this a great option, but not the best.

Obtaining the weapon is thankfully pretty straightforward. All you need to do is head to the Straight Shooters shop in Watson and purchase it. If it isn’t in stock when you show up, you can always wait 24 hours for the shop to restock.

1 Moron labe

Moron Labe is one of the best guns in the game. Its effect reads “High dismembering probability and fire rate.” In addition to its high fire rate, it boasts an impressive damage range from 110 to 140. Since it has such a fast fire rate and great damage, it is an amazing weapon to own.

This is another weapon that drops from one of the NCPD Scanner Hustles. During the one entitled Suspected Organized Crime Activity in West Wind Estate, you can obtain the crafting spec for this from the Hustle Leader.
