Blazers star Damian Lillard is attempting to clear the air regarding some recent social media drama after accidentally liking a tweet that said owner Jody Allen should sell the team.
Taking to IG Live, the seven-time All-Star said he would never disrespect Ms. Allen like that after all she’s done for him.
She’s been solid behind closed doors. Regardless, I would never disrespect Jody like that. It was really literally a mishap. I would never do no funny s— like that or try to be funny in no way like that. As far as Jody, she’s been very solid to me in many ways that has nothing to do with the Trail Blazers or basketball. So, don’t run with that at all.

Dame finds himself in the middle of a trade request after 11 loyal years in Portland.
Obviously, the landing spot he would most enjoy is Miami. However, Blazers GM Joe Cronin has said that whatever deal he agrees to still has to be best for the team.
“If it takes months, it takes months,” he admitted.
