Debbie Gibson, born August 31, 1970, was an 80s sensation who’s still entertaining to this day. The singer/actress was just 17 when her triple-platinum debut album ‘Out of the Blue’ was released in 1987. The single ‘Foolish Beat’ put Debbie in music history as the youngest female artist to write, produce, and perform a Billboard Hot 100 number-one single. She continued to release music from the 90s to now.
Debbie is also an actress, who has played Eponine in ‘Les Misérables’ and Sandy in ‘Grease’, among other roles in touring productions. She’s enjoyed several reality TV appearances, joining Donald Trump’s ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ in 2012. She was a contestant on ‘Dancing With The Stars’ in 2017. On the fiction side, Debbie starred in the Hallmark movie ‘Wedding of Dreams’.
