Right or wrong, it isn’t just your dad, or your boss, or, in the public eye, Bill Maher, ripping on the work ethic of young adults entering the workforce these days.

A pair of longtooth NBA players tore into “a good 75-100” young pros in the world’s top basketball league, on the latest podcast of Los Angeles Clippers star Paul George.

What sparked their comments was a tweet from Los Angeles Lakers legend LeBron James, who wrote that his son Bronny James — who committed to play college ball at Southern Cal earlier this month — already is better than some current young NBA players.

Well that did it.
George and his guest, former Toronto Raptors star DeMar DeRozan, now of the Chicago Bulls, took turns doing the gouging.
“We got some sad mother****ers in the league, I’m gonna be honest,” the 33-year-old DeRozan told the 33-year-old George. “I’m the type of guy that keeps my opinions to myself. I chill. I take the backseat.
“But being in the league so long, you realize how many mother****ers don’t love the game of basketball, who take it for granted, who feel so entitled, who just want everything that comes with it. But don’t want to put the work in. It’s so frustrating.”

Yowzers!
Continued DeRozan: “We played in an era where you had to, like, earn everything. So you got so many guys comin’ in thinking, like, they should be playing cuz they homeboy told them they nice. And it’s like, ‘Bro, you not good.’”
Replied George: “There about 450 of us (in the league)? It’s a good 75-100 (of them. It) stinks.”
Echoed DeRozan: “Stinks!”
“Good dudes, though,” George added.
