A DENTED British Airways jet which needs an extra four tons of fuel to keep it aerodynamic is still making passenger flights — leaving veteran crews horrified.
The Airbus A380 was dented by a cargo loader last month but has since made at least seven transatlantic crossings.
Passengers are oblivious to the buckled fuselage.
But photos shared with The Sun show the damage caused at Heathrow on May 25.
Engineers gave it “special dispensation” to fly to the US but were assured the jet would return to the UK for immediate attention.
Instead, the aircraft has remained in service.

One source told The Sun: “Veteran crew have been shaken.”
They added: “Not everyone would want to get in a car that had been damaged in a crash, let alone a plane flying at 30,000ft.”
BA and Airbus assured The Sun that the plane would not be flying if there was a safety risk.
