Dhaakad Box Office Collection Day 9: Dhaakad featuring Kangana Ranaut is breaking records after records at the box office, but not in a way one might expect. The movie has so far failed miserably at the box office & it is now considered to be the worst-performing film of 2022 at the box office so far.
Dhaakad, starring Kangana Ranaut, had the dubious distinction of earning only ₹4,420 on its eighth day of release and selling barely 20 tickets across the country. According to Bollywood Hungama, these are the stats. From the beginning, it was clear that the film would be a flop. Dhaakad has grossed roughly ₹3 crores in total, continuing Kangana’s lengthy run of box office disappointments.

Dhaakad reportedly cost between ₹80 crores and ₹90 crores to film, and according to sources, the producers were unable to secure streaming distribution before to its premiere. Considering the day 8 numbers of the fil, Dhaakad box office collection day 9 numbers might even be less than ₹4000. 2nd Saturday numbers for the movie could be around ₹3000.

Dhaakad stars Arjun Rampal, Divya Dutta, and Saswata Chatterjee and is directed by Razneesh Ghai. Dhaakad has gotten mixed reviews, but audiences appear to have given it a pass.
As per reports, the movie’s bad performance could be a result of Kangana Ranaut’s dying star power & her controversial personal life. Although, it still remains to be seen what the future holds for Bollywood’s “Queen”.
