Blizzard Entertainment previously said that Diablo Immortal would launch in Asia Pacific on 23 June. The date has come and gone, but that launch has not happened. Instead, the company has now announced that the launch of the game in the region is now 8 July instead.
As for the exact time, Blizzard says that Diablo Immortal will be available starting 9AM on the aforementioned date. This applies to Android. iOS, as well as the PC open beta. If you’re giving the latter a try, it should go without saying that it’s locked behind the Battle.net launcher. Progress will also not be wiped when the PC version of the game exits the beta stage.

Alongside the new release date, Blizzard has also announced the minimun requirements to play Diablo Immortal for all three platforms. For iOS, you’ll need at least an iPhone 6S or newer, running iOS 11 or later, with 12.8GB of available space. As for Android, the phone must be running Android 5 or later. On the CPU front, the device needs to run either Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 or newer, or Samsung’s Exynos 9611 or newer. You’ll need 12.4GB of storage space at least.
The minimum requirements for PC is a little less straightforward, as you’d imagine. At minimum, it needs to run an Intel Core i3 or AMD FX-8100 CPU or newer, with and Nvidia GeForce GTX 469, ATI Radeon HD 6850, or Intel HD Graphics 530 or better on the graphics department. RAM requirement is rated as at least 4GB, with Windows 7 being the oldest OS supported.
What Blizzard recommends, on the other hand, is Windows 10 or 11, with a an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 CPU or better, as well as an Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 or AMD Radeon RX 470 graphics or better. Required disk space is a constant 24GB.
If you decide to give Diablo Immortal a go, just be wary of the game tempting you to spend money. Depending on the length you’re willing to go, you could be spending quite the fortune on a single free-to-play game.
